Cabaret Preview / Glastonbury 2025

The Cabaret tent is set in Bella’s Field alongside Sensation Seekers, A Little More Sensation, Poetry&Words and the late-night Mavericks, is filled with some of the biggest names of comedy and cabaret – and more than a few surprises.

It’s an eclectic representation of all that is cabaret.

The tent opens at noon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday – running until the early hours of the morning. Start your day with a panel show and end it with a cult hero unleashed – here are our picks of the weekend.

Rob Rouse

Rob Rouse has been entertaining audiences with his stand-up comedy since his breakthrough, winning Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny? in 1998. TV audiences will also recognise him from his appearances on 8 Out Of 10 Cats and his role in the BBC’s Upstart Crow with David Mitchell.

Kev Mud

Kev Mud performs both stand-up and spoken word. “Both are funny but one rhymes more than the other does,” he says.

John Berkavitch

This year’s poet-in-residence, John Berkavitch is a former UK Slam Poetry Champion, Internationally acclaimed Storyteller, accomplished Breakdancer, Digital Artist and Animator.

Miles Otway

LA-based London comedian Miles Otway has performed at venues like LA’s The Comedy Store, The Ice House and Flappers – now he appears in the Cabaret tent.
